3. Internet Service Terms

• Internet speeds are "up to" speeds and may vary depending on network congestion, signal strength, distance from base station (for wireless), and other environmental factors.

• Internet plans are subject to Fair Use Policy (FUP).

• Any abusive, illegal, or malicious internet activity (e.g. hacking, torrenting, spamming) may lead to suspension or termination of service.

4. Installation and Equipment

• Standard installation includes mounting, cabling, and basic configuration.

• Equipment (e.g., routers, modems, antennas) may be provided on loan or for purchase. Rented equipment must be returned upon disconnection.

• Damage caused by misuse, electrical surges, or unauthorized modifications will be charged to the client.

5. Payment Terms

• We are not liable for losses due to downtime.

8. Data Privacy and Security

• We respect your privacy. All customer information, browsing activity, and surveillance data are treated as confidential.

• We do not sell or share data with third parties unless required by law.

9. Termination of Service

• Either party may terminate the contract with 15 days' written notice.

• Early termination fees may apply if still within a lock-in period (usually 12 months for internet plans).

• All equipment provided on loan must be returned in good condition.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service interruption or delay caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or civil disturbances.
